V2 Saddle Harness

Same great shape as our original harness, but fortified with a layer X-pac or recycled Ecopak fabric on top and a layer of Coverlight hypalon on bottom so that the harness grips the roll top bag better. We also added more grip padding under the seat rails to prevent sway and camlock buckles to prevent strap slippage.
